My first blog (:

Sooo... How's it going :P

I saw my friend writing one of these blogs tonight while we were having a break from our hardcore monopoly game (Which I ended up wining :P), So I thought I may as well make one while I have something to talk about.

Tonight is the last night that I will have to relax for the next week. Tomorrow, I have my first volunteer shift at the Art Gallery, from 2-4pm, then I'll be walking to karate from there where mum will meet me with my gear at 5:30. Then I'll be training with the head Sensai from Japan. Then the next 3-4 days I'll have grading, where I'll be going for my 1st kyu brown belt (The highest one), followed by 3-4 days of state titles. And all of this will be done with a broken hand.

I figure I should tell you about my hand since this is my first blog and it has a universal obligation to be as long and possible. Anyway, my hand is broken because I got into a fight. Not very lady-like, no, but it wasn't my fault lol. Well, I didn't provoke it, but I didn't exactly prevent it either. What happened was, this one Friday night I was at a party with some friends. Before we left, I'd swapped shirts with one of my mates and I didn't even think to read what it said until we were halfway to the party. As it turns out, the shirt actually said "I don't need a t-shirt to tell everyone I'm gay", you might have seen them, might not. Anyway, long paragraph short, this chick hit on me, I politely declined and she got all shitty because she got rejected and was too drunk to understand what I was saying when I tried to explain myself.

SO.. A few days after that, my friend invited me to have some drinks at his after karate, I said yes. Hell, I'm wasn't one to turn down free drinks. So, I rock up at his place, a bunch of our other mates are there. Well, not a bunch, maybe 3 or 4, and that chick is there as well. The minute I walked in she was giving me evil eyes. So we ended up having a few drinks and playing Four Kings, (kind of like strip poker, but different), and then when that girl and her friends go to leave she tried to hug me. Now, don't get me wrong, I have nothing wrong with lesbians, bisexuals, gays, or anyone else. I just figured "Hey, she doesn't like me and I don't like her. Why is she trying to hug me", while I was thinking that, she'd actually put her arms around me to hug. When she realised I wasn't hugging back, she stood up and said "What the fucks you're problem, don't want to hug a lesbian?", and me with my mouth, I've turned and said "No, I just don't want to hug you" in the most (unintentional) bitchy, smartass voice ever! So she's turned around and started yelling, and me, thinking she was going to hit me there and then, I've stood up and gotten ready for it. As soon as I stood up, her mate turns around and they're both in my face. Then Tammy (The girl who tried to hug me) pushes me, and so I pushed her back, and so the fight began. Two on one, mind you.

I don't remember much about it because of all the adrenaline and such. But I know it ended with me holding Tammy down and I was punching her head (I'm not sure exactly where, I just know it was her head). While I was holding her down, I hit her probably like, 8 or 9 times then I just stopped. I remember thinking in my head "I'm beating into someone's head here. Do I stop, or do I keep hitting?".. I ended up stopping. I'm not really a fighting sort of person.. Well, I am, but I'm not. I don't like it, but I don't exactly take shit from people either... Hmm... I'm weird..

After the fight, I knew I'd broken my hand, so I called Mum to take me to the hospital. I broke my 5th metecarpal on my left hand and I had 2 K-wires put it. They were in there for 4 weeks, and were taken out a couple of days ago. Now I have a rediculous cast on because my bone is extra weak at the moment as it's not used to not having the K-wires for support. Fml lol.

On a good note, I have gained a bit of acting work once again. Just as an extra, but at least it's something. So I have to travel down to Brisbane next Sunday. Hopefully I'll be able to make it, otherwise that'll make it, like, the 5th thing I've had to cancel on! I wish I lived closer to Brisbane, but I don't want to leave Bundaberg. It's my home, no matter how shit it is :P

I've actually noticed that while living here, I absolutely hate it. But when I leave, there's just not place like it :(

Anyways, I think I might go to bed now (:
Big week ahead of me.
Ciao (:
